The first one I made for Calliope's first birthday. The second one I made for a daught of a friend on mine daughter. She turned 5, so I made it in brighter colors, and added a few more Fairies. First one made February 2008. Second one made April 2008

Blowfish cake

This is my blowfish cake. The fins are melted white chocolate and the spikes are hershey hugs and kisses. Also made for Marissa for one of her birthday's. Made October 2007

Goldfish

Here is another Marissa birthday cake. It is a goldfish. the fins and mouth are made of colored white chocolate that I melted and piped onto wax paper and let sit, then attached to the cake. hahaha it is pretty funny actually. haha made October 2006

Cake class cakes

I took the cake classes at Micheals and these are the cakes I made for that. I really wanted to learn more about working with fondant, and so the classes were really great for that.
